the breakfast buffet had a rich selection. chefs freshly prepared egg dishes and brought them to the table. (i especially liked the omelet).

the hotel location was acceptable.
the breakfast wasn't good, lacked variety. the room's air conditioning made loud noises, a constant annoyance. i asked for it to be fixed, but nobody came.

i really enjoyed my time. the breakfast offered fresh food. the staff were helpful and always available. i found the bookable shuttle service very helpful to get to the v&a waterfront.
i noticed the tv wasn't a smart tv! and i had a slight sound issue with it.

the location was ideal. i was able to navigate easily to all the tourists attractions. the hotel offers a shuttle that takes you to the v&a waterfront in a short ride.

the super nice team. the check-in was super friendly! the staff enquired if i enjoyed my stay at check out. these small details made me want to return.
